Today Cooper had a few great milestones! First, he has moved up to the next size in diapers. This new diaper size is pretty big on him, but he has outgrown his tiny "wee pees" diapers. The nurse also moved him up to a bigger pacifier -- one that is the same size as the nipple on the bottle they will hopefully introduce soon! Cooper was weaned down to 2.5 liters of high flow oxygen today. Once he is down to 1 liter of oxygen, they start trying to feed him with a bottle instead of through his feeding tube.
Cooper gained weight today! He is up to 1300 grams, or about 2 lbs 14 oz. Only two more ounces until the big 3 pound mark! (Still weird to have sentences like that come out of my mouth) Thank you for your continued prayers for our sweet boy. We know God hears them and they strengthen us each day.
